Slade Pharmacy Richmond, part of Icon Group, is currently inviting expressions of interest for multiple pharmacy support positions across both our hospital and retail pharmacy services.
About The Roles
We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team in the following areas:
- Pharmacy Technicians (hospital or community experience)
- Dispensary Technicians (dispensing experience highly regarded)
- Storepersons (pharmacy or healthcare logistics experience desirable)
- Pharmacy Students (all year levels welcome to apply)
Positions may be available in a full-time, part-time or casual capacity depending on the role and your availability. Please be sure to select your preferred employment type when submitting your application.
Key Responsibilities (varying By Role)
- Dispense and supply medications for inpatient and outpatient hospital services
- Support the pharmacy team with stock management, inventory control, and ordering
- Coordinate deliveries and collections from hospital wards
- Provide outstanding customer service and patient support
- Assist with administrative tasks and patient account enquiries
- Maintain pharmacy records in line with regulatory requirements
- Manage incoming goods, storage, and stock rotation (for storeperson roles)
About You
We’re Looking For Motivated Individuals Who Are
- Experienced in dispensing within an Australian or New Zealand-based pharmacy (highly regarded)
- Team players with a positive and proactive attitude
- Organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Eager to learn and grow within a hospital pharmacy setting
- Strong communicators with excellent attention to detail
- Available for full-time or part-time work, depending on the role
While prior pharmacy experience is desirable, especially for technician roles, full training will be provided for pharmacy students and storepersons. A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn are what matter most.
